We had a beautiful day here in Ohio. Mike and I went down to Old Man’s Cave which is part of Hocking Hills State Park. Last nights rains were feeding the waterfalls and streams. On my last visit here this summer the waterfalls were dry and you could walk much of the stream bed. Today the water was gushing from the falls and dripping from the canyon sides. We then stopped by Lake Logan, which was quite a contrast. The lake has been drawn down for dock repair, so even with the heavy rain there were still exposed mud flats. As the sun was low in the sky, the still water in the shallows at the west side of the lake made some nice reflections. On the trip home we stopped to take a shot of the full moon rising over some fields.
