I’m probably not going to get through all of my pictures from Saturday’s shoot today, but I wanted to share a little preview.
This is a drastic example of how the angle you take a picture can really make a difference. The gray phase American Screech Owl is hard to spot in the wild. This photo shows you why, besides the fact that they are more active after dark.
Just a few steps to the side and your perspective changes drastically. Both shots serve their purpose. The first demonstrates the amazing camouflage of this tiny little Owl. The second shows off his tiny frame and gives the viewer a better idea of his habitat.
