The Mexican Gray Wolf is an endangered species and was extinct in the wild. The last 7 were captured and through capitive breeding programs were able to be reintroduced in 1998. Over 100 are now wild in Eastern Arizona and Western New Mexico along the US Mexico border. These are from the Columbus Zoo and were part of that breeding program. Print will be signed in lower right hand corner in metallic ink.
