Way back in Highschool I did an Up-A-Tree series, and I add to it every once in a while. Shoot from Below seemed like a good opportunity to add to the series. This is a 600 plus year old tree in Logan Ohio. Finding a good angle to shoot using the limited angle of my cell phone camera (I forgot my “real” camera) and still show some of the sweeping branches was a challenge. I also didn’t know where the HDR setting was on my phone (had to look it up after I got home-so next time I can try it), so I adjusted the exposure manually and took multiple shots trying not to move, and combined in post. This was the only one of several sets of shots that I could get to combine properly.
