I have been taking pictures, I just haven’t been getting them posted like I should. Today I went out for an evening hike with Julia (my PreservArt Ohio partner) to see what, if anything, was blooming. We found several species, so I wanted to share this one(out of order) so anyone interested in getting out to see them for themselves could. The weather these past few days has been beautiful. On Thursday we went to Shallenberger to take our group portrait getting ready for our upcoming show in Pickerington. We will be having our opening on Friday, April 21 from 7-9…more information will follow.
Here is our new portrait:
The weather was so nice, and was supposed to continue, so we decided to return today wearing more sensible shoes. We hiked along the backside of Allen Knob and found the wildflowers starting their show. The Hepatica is everywhere back there, and Spring Beauties and Toothwort can be seen all along the trail. A few Bloodroot were starting to make an appearance as well.
