Jewelweed in the Rain

$4.50$40.00

Jewel weed gets its name from the shimmery look of water dorplets on its leaves and flowers. It comes in yellow (Impatiens palida) and orange (Impatiens capensis), Both grow in my yard, but as a native wildflower I rarely consider it to be a weed. It is also called Touch me not because its seeds shoot out when you brush against them. It is also thought to be a cure for poison ivy rashes. Print will be signed in lower right hand corner in metallic ink.
